How To Integrate Performio
You know that successful system integration is more than just getting two systems to ‘connect to each other’. When you use Performio, you will not only be able to connect Performio with your ecosystem of databases and applications, but you will also be able to apply all of your unique business rules and logic within Performio to get your data ready for accurate performance and compensation management. Here are the key feature sets that enable successful system integration.
Scheduler
You can automate any step in your process within Performio. You can determine when and how often these steps occur. For example, you set up a schedule to run the entire end to end process at 6 AM every day. This schedule might include all importers, data transformations, commission calculations, reporting, email messages and more. There is no limit to the number of scheduled processes you can run. This is especially handy for end-of-month situations where you are closing the prior month and actively publishing current data and results from performance month to date.
Custom Tables & Importers
This feature set means you can mirror your upstream data sources in Performio so you don’t have to pay for expensive and time-consuming work to refashion or re-engineer your systems and databases.
Transformation Library
You can organize your data according to your unique rules for your sales performance and incentive compensation program.
Salesforce Connector
Performio syncs all Opportunity data from Salesforce, including custom fields, product objects, and other related fields. You can automate the process for calculating commissions payable and pending commissions (e.g. reference the opportunity stage) in Performio without having to handle data files. Important to note, Performio provides all the additional tools you need to handle those crediting rules, tricky business rules, complicated plan calculations and more.
SAML Single Sign-On (SSO)
You can configure an SSO connection for security and time saving for your users. Performio can be accessed via intranet link or served up as a custom table within Salesforce. Performio is also on the OKTA exchange and Azure exchange and supports ADFS.
API
Our API supports event-based triggers for record or batch file transfer from your source data system to Performio. You can also use the API to trigger calculations on Performio
