He has guided the transformation of Performio to help organizations manage complex incentive plans with accuracy and flexibility. Grayson previously co-founded Stables Partners and held leadership roles at Sunrun and SolarCity. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and engineering degrees from UC Berkeley and Rice University.
Harshit Kumar, AI Strategy & Operations Lead, Performio
Harshit Kumar leads AI strategy and operations at Performio, helping bring AI into the product, platform, and business. Based in London, he has led complex implementations across banking, insurance, and healthcare, and holds a Master's in Management, Analytics and Data Science from London Business School. He focuses on turning emerging AI capabilities into practical outcomes for sales performance teams.
Jonah Turcotte, Director of Revenue Operations, Performio
Jonah Turcotte leads Revenue Operations at Performio, where he designs and manages the systems, data, and processes that power the go-to-market team. Uniquely, he also implements and runs Performio's own sales compensation platform internally, giving him a practitioner's perspective on the challenges their customers face every day. His work spans sales compensation strategy, CRM architecture, and business intelligence, with a focus on turning operational complexity into clarity for finance and sales leadership.
